PATEK PHILIPPE Ref.2434 approx 1950

The ref. 2434 with its large yellow gold case, elongated lugs and simple silvered dial with applied indexes is typical of industrial designs from the 1950s. The mechanism inside is a magnificent tonneau-shaped manual caliber 9-90 bearing the prestigious Poinçon from Geneva. An ultra rare reference with this caliber, since only 20 examples in yellow gold are known, it is in excellent overall condition.
